Are you locally owned?
Yes, the Royal Furniture family has been in business in Baton Rouge area for over 69 years.

Is your furniture in stock or do I have to wait for it?

Royal Furniture offers a huge selection of stylish, versatile home furnishings to suit every individual taste including living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, home office, appliances, electronics, mattresses and more! As your one stop shop, we are proud to carry trusted brand name mattresses for your comfort and convenience. And, when that special piece isn’t on our floor, we are happy to assist you with special ordered items to provide you with “just the right look” for your home.

Does your living room furniture come in any other colors?
It depends on the item you are interested in. Many of our manufacturers offer numerous special order options while others have limited selections. Please contact our sales staff for further information

Where are your furniture brands manufactured?
We carry furniture that is made right here in the United States and also imported from all over the world. We make sure to bring in only the most trusted brands featuring the highest quality merchandise at the best possible price.

What types of accessories do you carry?
We stock a variety of accessory items so that you can find just the right piece(s) to add that special touch to your home. We carry lamps, rugs, wall art and more! Drop in to check out our great selection!

Do you charge for delivery?
The Royal Furniture Delivery Crew is happy to deliver your new items to your home for a nominal fee depending upon location*.

*Our Delivery Crew will not be responsible for forcibly trying to make an item fit into the place of delivery. If our Delivery Crew feels that any damage could occur to the place of delivery or merchandise, a Damage Waiver will need to be signed by the customer releasing the Delivery Crew and Royal Furniture from liability from any damage done to the property and/or merchandise.

Pick up policy
Items are also available for pickup from our warehouse located on 19th Street during the following hours:
Monday-Tuesday- Thursday and Friday 9-11:30 am and 1:30-5 pm
Wednesday 1:30- 5pm and Saturday 9-11:30 am and 1:30- 4:30 pm
THE WAREHOUSE IS CLOSED DAILY FROM 12:00 – 1:15 pm

Royal Furniture will load and assist in securing your merchandise, however you assume total responsibility upon departing our premises. Please inspect ALL merchandise before leaving the store.

Royal Furniture is not responsible for merchandise that is picked up and found to be defective or damaged after leaving our premises.
How do special orders work?
Special orders require a minimum 15% non-refundable down payment. Of course each order is different based on the manufacturer and your sales associate can give you a better estimate at the time of purchase. Special ordered item sales are final with no returns or cancellations.

How long is the wait for special orders?
The wait time for special orders varies based on the manufacturer it is being ordered from. Please contact your sales associate for the approximate delivery time on your product.

Will the delivery drivers pick up and take away my old furniture?
We’re sorry but unfortunately we are not able to offer this service.

What mattress brands do you carry?
We are proud to offer quality, brand name mattresses including Sierra Sleep by Ashley, Corsicana and more. Our mattress collections will give you a large selection of options at affordable prices. We carry various types such as firm, plush, pillow top and Eurotop. Whatever your mattress needs may be, we have a size, quality and price to fit every budget.
