All warranties apply only to the original purchaser at the original delivery address. Burns, stains, tears and any damage resulting from what is deemed to be misuse or neglect will immediately VOID all warranty.
The manufacturer warrants woods and upholstered furniture against defects in construction for a period of one year under normal use and conditions. If a structural defect is brought to our attention, we will repair or replace as follows:
During the first 30 days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at the discretion of Royal Furniture and/or the manufacturer. During the remainder of the warranty period, the item will be repaired at no charge for parts or labor. Royal Furniture reserves the right to charge a Delivery Fee for any replacement or exchange.
Please Note: Fabric wearability, leather or vinyl that has cracked or peeled, slight softening of seat cushions, and normal wear and usage are not considered to be manufacturer’s defects and are not covered by the warranty.
All bedding is warranted strictly through the manufacturer. Consult your salesperson for the warranty applicable to your bedding. Royal Furniture reserves the right to charge a Delivery Fee for any replacement or exchange. Pick-Up of King Size Bedding may void all warranty.

***Bedding is NOT returnable due to Health Department Regulations***
Any merchandise that is sold As-Is, Nicks and Dents, Closeout, Last One, Discontinued or Floor Sample is neither returnable nor refundable. This merchandise is subject to defects and is not covered by any repair or replacement warranty.
A sale can be cancelled at no charge to the customer for up to 3 days from the date of purchase if the merchandise has not been delivered or picked up. After the 3rd day, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. (Note: This does not apply to special orders.)
Refunds are issued in the form of check for all purchases within 10 business days, with the exception of Credit Card sales which may be refunded directly back to the card that was used.
If after your merchandise is delivered and you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, reselection or return for store credit may be arranged up to 3 days from the date of purchase.
All merchandise is subject to inspection before any return will be approved. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
*** Delivery charges are not refundable.
A Pick Up/Re-delivery fee may be charged.
*** This policy does not apply to mattresses or box-springs which are not returnable***
The Royal Furniture Delivery Crew will not be responsible for forcibly trying to make an item fit into the place of delivery. If the Delivery Crew Leader feels that any damage could occur to the place of delivery or to the furniture, a Damage Waiver will need to be signed by the customer, releasing the Delivery Crew and Royal Furniture from liability for any damage done to property and/or merchandise.
Merchandise is available to be picked up from our warehouse on 19th Street
Monday – Tuesday – Thursday – Friday: 9:00 – 11:30 am and 1:30 – 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 1:30 – 5:00 pm & Saturday: 9:00 – 11:30 am and 1:30 – 4:30 pm
The warehouse is CLOSED daily from 12:00 – 1:15 pm
Royal Furniture will load and assist in securing your merchandise, however you assume total responsibility upon departing our premises. Please inspect all merchandise before leaving the store.
Royal Furniture is not responsible for merchandise that is picked up and found to be defective or damaged after leaving our premises.
